Kate began planning weddings in 2003. She specializes in working with clients from across the country who want to have their destination wedding right here in New England. In 2007 she added floral design to her capabilities and turned the planning process into a more detailed design and vision process. She helps clients understand the look and feel of the wedding they are planning and how to bring the right decor elements and team of vendors together to execute the final wedding day flawlessly.
Fast forward to 2017, over 500 weddings designed and executed including a few celebrity clients, mentions, features, and editorial coverage in almost every national wedding magazine as well as a few television spots, and Kate has returned to her wheelhouse of weddings, taking on a select number of clients interested in really diving deep into the details of their wedding design to create a cohesive, personalized, and curated experience for themselves and their guests.
Known for her ability to stay calm under any circumstance, Kate uses her New England sensibilities and her refined sense of style to create unforgettable events for each of her clients.
Kate lives on the Seacoast of New Hampshire with her husband Chris Malloy, executive director of Malloy Events, her son Zachary (ZP) and his dog sister, Louisa (cow dog or studio dog).
Malloy Weddings spends an average of 500 hours planning and designing each wedding, limiting our client list to (2) full planning clients a month.
